3. Employee Commitment

Employees and those engaged in the Company's operations acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security, and put information security measures into practice.

4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

The Company complies with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meets the expectations of its customers.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents

In the event of a violation of laws or contracts, or an information security incident, the Company responds promptly and appropriately, investigates the cause, and takes measures to prevent recurrence.
